Our Online Training Center provides our members a national network of world-class coaches and athletes through our virtual platform.  These coaches not only run the online training but also work with individual athletes 1-on-1 in a variety of areas from wrestling technique, motivation, goal setting and positive mentoring through this unique time.  If you have ever wanted to be coached or mentored by a World Champion - now you can!

 

The name "Legends of Gold" also speaks for itself with our line up of Hall of Fame and legendary coaches from around the country.  They may not run practice but their experience and insight in invaluable. Our platform allows coaches of all levels, from youth to high school or club to college, the ability to directly connect, learn and grow with the country's best personally in a 1-on-1 virtual setting or collectively with our virtual coaching conferences.
