For decades, talent identification has been event-based: athletes are seen at a handful of camps and championships, and everything in between goes unmeasured. Aether closes that gap with a single platform — virtual training, AI analysis, athlete profiles, standardized combines, coaching, and talent ID — that any sport can deploy as its own branded instance.

We're already live with USA Wrestling and built for USA Lacrosse, with a growing portfolio of Olympic and combat sports on the way. Our goal is simple: become the operating system for niche sports — the Road to LA28 and well beyond.
